AMG Safaris was founded in Arusha — the safari capital of East Africa — by passionate local naturalists who grew up exploring the same game parks they now guide visitors through. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted, internationally recognised safari company.
We believe that the best safari experiences come from genuine knowledge, authentic relationships, and deep respect for the land. Our guides were born and raised in Tanzania — they know the wildlife, the seasons, the lodge owners, and the hidden spots that make every journey truly special.
We are registered with the Tanzania Tourism Board and hold all required operating licences. Every safari we run is private, personalised, and built around your vision — not a fixed template.
